To be considered as eligible items, products must be returned in new condition, ie. not worn or washed, and must be accompanied by our return form.
Note: Sales of jewelry and items marked on Sale are final. They will not be eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.
Exchanges:
- Must be made within 10 days of delivery date.
- Include a completed order form with your returned item(s) and desired exchange item/size.
- Pre-paid shipping labels are not available for exchanges. You are responsible for these costs and they will not be refundable.
