FAQS:
1. What kind of products do you print on? How is the fit?: We print on slim-fit shirts that are sweatshop-free.

2. Where is my order and how do I track it?: Transit times differ but most orders placed within the continental U.S. arrive within 7-10 days or less.
We use the US Postal Service and when your item is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email at the address you provided PayPal with a tracking number to follow your shipment on the USPS.com website.
Please Note: Once we have dropped off your package and it has been scanned by US Postal Service, we assume no responsibility on delivery. We do all we can and take the extra step to have each package tracked, which you can follow online to ensure it gets to your residence. At the same time, Pyknic IS NOT a delivery company that can ensure that no outside agents interfere with your package once it is delivered to your door. It is not only impossible but also not our responsibility, sorry. These are matters to be taken up with the post, not us!
3. Do you ship internationally?: Yes, we ship to all countries. International orders may take up to 3 weeks due to delays in customs and other reasons beyond our control. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notification with a confirmation number.
Unfortunately since we use US Postal Service to ship, you will not be able to track your package online. Please be patient and as long as you provided us the proper address, you will have no issues receiving your order.
4. What is your return/exchange policy?: All returns/exchanges are honored up to 15 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in new condition, ie. not worn or washed. Please contact us first to arrange your return or exchange.
5. How can we carry Pyknic in our shop?: We're always willing to expand in domestic and foreign markets. If you would like to buy wholesale from us please send business inquiries to pyknic[at]pyknicwear.com. Also, provide a list of the brands you carry and the location of your shop.
6. Will you sponsor my band?: No. We are huge supporters of music but at the same time we are still a growing company ourselves. Although we would love to provide every single artist that myspace messages us, meets us at events, etc. with an endorsement, it is simply unfeasible. Typically we seek out artists constantly touring nationally, especially with label support. Please do not contact us as these e-mails are automatically filed away into our spam folder.
7. Will you guest lecture at my school/Can I interview you two?: We certainly are willing to come and guest lecture at your school and university. Please just send us your inquiry as well as location and we will do our best to make it happen.
The Butcher and The Chef are always available for interviews, whether for the school paper, local newspapers, magazines, blog, radio, television, or even the Wall Street Journal, (we have done them all, well except maybe not the last).
